The Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and capable lawyer with 2-4 years' post-admission experience to join their Building, Construction & Infrastructure team in Brisbane, working closely with the 2 Partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, advising on complex back-end construction matters and disputes tied to some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects.
Your day to day duties will encompass:
* providing advice on construction contracts;
* managing litigation, arbitration and adjudication from start to finish;
* working on claims and disputes arising out of major infrastructure projects;
* advising on legislation impacting the construction industry.

The ideal candidate for this Construction Litigation Lawyer role will have:
* 2-4 years PAE in construction law or general litigation.
* Strong drafting skills;
* A commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities
