Work Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM start (8‐10 hour shift)
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM start (8‐10 hour shift)
About the Role:
As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement and management of goods within our warehouse. This role requires a current forklift licence and significant experience operating high reach forklifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.
* Operate high reach forklifts to move items in and out of storage areas, trucks, and other vehicles.
* Maintain inventory accuracy by performing stock counts and updating records.
* Receive and check incoming stock for damage, discrepancies, and proper labeling.
* Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate shipment.
* Organise and maintain the warehouse, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols to minimise accidents and injuries.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience operating high reach forklifts (essential).
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with minimal supervision.
* Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and heavy lifting.
* Excellent communication skills and a team‐player attitude.
