This is not a back-office role — you'll work hands-on with patients, trial participants, and a multidisciplinary team while managing and mentoring pharmacists in both the oncology trials and dispensary departments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage pharmacists across oncology trials and dispensary teams
- Oversee workflows for over 150 clinical trials, with growth expected
- Deliver hands-on clinical services to oncology and trial patients
- Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals
- Support and mentor staff, fostering career development and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with hospital, trial, and regulatory requirements
What You'll Need
- Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
- Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmacy and leadership position
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work within clinical trials or complex pharmacy environments
- Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals
- Commitment to patient-centred care and advancing oncology pharmacy practice
