This permanent part-time role involves mornings and afternoons from Monday to Friday, with additional paid admin hours each week.

Key Responsibilities:
* Program & Operations Management: Oversee daily OSHC operations, plan engaging programs, and ensure compliance with national frameworks and regulations.
* Leadership & Team Support: Lead, mentor, and manage OSHC Educators while fostering a positive team culture.
* Child Safety & Well-being: Maintain a safe, supportive environment, implementing behaviour management and emergency protocols.
* Family & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community.
* Compliance & Quality Improvement: Ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, oversee training, and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Certifications:
* Relevant Diploma level qualification (ACECQA approved) or working towards it.
* Current or willing to obtain First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training.
Experience & Skills:
* Ideally 2+ years in an OSHC leadership role with strong team management skills.
* Proficiency in administration, curriculum planning, communication, organization, and conflict resolution.
Work Rights & Availability: Ongoing permanent Australian work rights and availability to work at least 80% of shifts.
