Job Description
We're looking for passionate and skilled Chef de Parties to join our pre-opening team. Set to make its debut in Spring, we're building a team who will take pride in creating amazing dishes across our venues. We believe that food is more than sustenance—it's a story, an experience, and a celebration. - Take ownership in your section, ensuring smooth service and maintaining the highest culinary standards;
- Execute the restaurant's menu, balancing creativity, seasonality, and guest preferences;
- Maintain a consistent level of quality in food preparation, presentation, and taste;
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
- Ensure the kitchen adheres to all health and safety regulations;
- Work closely with the Restaurant team regarding availability of menu items and relevant changes;
- Maintain high levels of productivity while minimising waste.
Qualifications
We are looking for you – with personality and that certain something …
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a Demi Chef role within a hotel operation or independent venue;
- You have proven experience motivating a diverse kitchen team in a high-pressure environment;
- You have a strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and presentation;
- You possess thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices;
- You have strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff and other departments;
- You are able to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
