The Role:
As the Retail Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the smooth and profitable running of our bustling bottle shop. The DriveThru Bottleshop is open 7 days a week, offering a comprehensive range of drinks.
What You'll Do:
* Support the Retail Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bottle shop.
* Inspire and mentor your team, driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
* Assist in managing stock and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations within Retail.
* Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years in Liquor Retail Management is ideal, but what counts most is your hands-on approach and leadership skills.
* A proactive attitude towards customer needs, both internal and external.
* Ability to direct, lead, and maintain efficient staffing levels.
* A genuine love for the industry and commitment to exceptional customer service.
* Valid QLD RSA.
