**Job Purpose**:
Boutique Company, the position would suit an Operations or General Manager that will further drive our high-performance culture. Perhaps you've been working in a similar role for 5 to 20 years and never received profit share, Partnership or Directorship and want to be part of a successful business that's looking to grow considerably over the coming years? A base salary of $110 to $150k is on offer depending on success stories/experience + quarterly bonuses, profit share, and equity/partnership.
The successful applicant will manage Recruitment Operations, bring in fresh ideas, and contribute to the overall continuous improvement of the hiring process.
Working closely with, managing, and overseeing an initial team of 7 consultants as we aim to grow the business significantly over the next 3 years. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to adjust leadership styles to maximise the performance of individuals.
**The Recruitment Team Leader will also be responsible for**:
- Team Management, working with purpose.
- Budgeting and Financial Management.
- Drive Motivation.
- Ensuring the team delivers and hits KPI's.
- Business Development - 20%.
- Account Management - 80%.
- Assisting with sourcing and headhunting when required.
- Improve and clean up CRM.
- Distributing roles between the team ensuring the workload is manageable.
- Hiring & growing the recruitment team.
- Learning & Development for the team.
- Monitoring team's performance.
- Monitoring adverts.
- Bi-weekly 'round up' meetings.
- 1:1 Mentoring of staff.
**To apply**:
- A minimum of 10 years recruitment experience
- 5 years' experience at a management level within recruitment
- Relevant Industry/Sector expertise having progressed from recruitment consultant up to a managerial level.
