The Position
* This permanent, full‐time position offers the chance to shape emergency nursing practice while working alongside experienced medical staff in a supportive, collaborative environment. Roles / Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor nursing staff across all emergency department shifts
* Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
* Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence‐based practice
* Support staff development through coaching and professional growth opportunities
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Substantial experience in emergency or acute care nursing
* Proven leadership experience in clinical settings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
* Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
