**Job Description**:
This is a great opportunity to be part of a strong and growing team and work in the 5-star residential Strata environment.
The key focus of this role is to deliver dedicated quality service to our owners and residents and fulfil the scope of duties as outlined by our clients. Our concierge act as the face of the building and provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests. A large component of this role also includes assisting the Building Manager to maintain the site, communicating between Building Management and the residents, and taking care of administrative duties.
**Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing all residents and guests with a warm and hospitable welcome.
- Assisting the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
- Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds.
- Distributing and securing all resident keys and security devices and, as needed Common Property keys.
- Internal and External Patrolling.
- Completing Incident/accident reports when necessary and responding to emergencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Front of house or customer service experience.
- Good computer literacy in software such as the Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, integrity, and ethical behaviour.
- Take pride in personal presentation.
- Ability and commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures, and processes.
- A friendly, diplomatic personality.
- Punctuality and proactivity.

Additional Information
Applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia.
Shifts available:

- **Saturday and Sunday + Extra Shifts on Weekdays**:

- Morning, afternoon and overnight shifts
