About the role
As a Data Engineer & Developer, you will design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines that bring together data from across the organisation into a unified, accessible and trusted data environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, reliability and performance, while enabling business intelligence, reporting and advanced analytics capabilities. Working closely with business analysts, data scientists and other technology teams, you will deliver high-quality data products that support strategic decision-making and drive measurable business value.
We're looking for people who have:
We're looking for motivated and technically capable data professionals who are passionate about building reliable, scalable data solutions and working collaboratively in a modern data environment.
You will bring:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology or a related technical field
* 3–5 years' experience in data engineering, business intelligence or a related technical role
* Strong experience with data pipelines and workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Databricks and/or Spark
* Hands‐on experience designing and working with modern data platforms and analytics environments
* Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700) or equivalent practical experience and knowledge
* Strong problem‐solving skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
