Podpac, a dynamic and innovative coffee pod manufacturer based in Adelaide, is seeking a motivatedSales Executiveto grow our customer base acrossfood service, contract manufacturing, and export channels. This is a newly created role in a small, agile team where your efforts will directly shape our commercial success.
Responsibilities
1. Identify and convert new B2B sales opportunities in foodservice, export, and contract manufacturing.
2. Manage and grow a pipeline of leads — from initial contact through to closing and onboarding.
3. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Represent our brand at trade shows, tastings, and in-field meetings.
5. Collaborate closely with the CEO and internal teams to align on pricing, product fit, and delivery.
What we are looking for
1. 2–4 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in food, beverage, or FMCG.
2. A confident, consultative communicator who can pitch, follow up, and close deals.
3. Experience working with food service, food distributors, or contract packing clients.
4. Comfortable managing a CRM and sales reporting tools.
