Care Leadership Role
Lead a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that meets accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of incident management process, restrictive practice processes, and timely incident investigation.
* Support the organization in maintaining continuous improvement activities.
* Lead infectious illness outbreak response and ensure resident health is maintained in accordance with advance care directives.
* Develop and implement robust systems for efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years clinical experience with a focus on person-centred care and commitment to older people's needs.
* Advanced knowledge and experience in best practice dementia care, clinical care coordination, and Aged Care Standards.
* Comprehensive understanding of AN-ACC and ability to manage and coordinate AN-ACC assessments.
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and advice provision.
Attributes:
* Technical qualifications: Advanced Diploma or Degree in Nursing or related field.
* Licences/Other Requirements: National Police certificate, current drivers license, Registration to work with vulnerable people, Australian Resident or Working VISA.
