Warehouse Officer – Full Time
Location: Kalgoorlie
Roster: 5/2, 4/3
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to support safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations within a heavy industry environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching materials while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and service.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate warehouse activities in line with safety, environmental and quality standards
* Receiving, issuing, stock control and dispatch of materials
* Maintain accurate inventory records using an ERP system (Pronto preferred)
* Conduct cycle counts and assist with stocktakes
* Ensure safe storage, housekeeping and compliance at all times
* Support internal stakeholders by delivering materials to meet operational schedules
About You
* Valid WA Manual Driver's Licence
* Must have a vehicle to deliver goods across the site
* High Risk Work Licence (Forklift)
* 3–5 years' warehouse experience within mining, manufacturing or heavy industry
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using inventory systems and Microsoft Office
* Safety‐focused with a proactive, team‐oriented approach
* National Police Check
Desirable
* Certificate in Warehousing or Storage of Dangerous Goods
* Experience in construction or processing plant environments
