Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Kitchen Steward to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness across all food and beverage production areas and outlets. The Kitchen Steward will also ensure that all buffets and functions are set up and cleared efficiently, while adhering to high standards of cleanliness for kitchen equipment and utensils.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure cleanliness in all food and beverage production areas.
* Set up and clear buffets and functions with attention to detail.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Manage tasks effectively during peak times.
* Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain at onboarding.
* Knowledge of HACCP and WH&S safety standards.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
* Ability to work a flexible 7‐day roster, including public holidays and weekends.
* Good communication skills and cultural awareness in a multi‐cultural workplace.
