About the Role
This part-time position offers 10–15 hours per week with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the team expands. You'll play a key role in managing the agency’s trust accounting, payroll, and financial administration while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trust accounting for both sales and property management portfolios
2. Payroll processing and supplier payments via Xero
3. Property management mid-month and end-of-month disbursements
4. Use of PropertyMe, VaultRE, and REI Forms
5. General office administration and operational support
6. Liaising with external accountants, suppliers, and other third parties
What We’re Looking For
1. Previous experience in an office management or finance/admin support role
2. Knowledge of trust accounting and payroll processing (real estate preferred)
3. Proficiency in Xero ; exposure to PropertyMe, VaultRE, and REI Forms is a plus
4. A proactive and detail-focused approach to your work
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Real estate industry experience is highly regarded
