About the Opportunity
Juniper is seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to fill the role of Residential Manager at our vibrant Cygent facility. This position offers a unique chance to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care outcomes.
As Residential Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring care delivery aligns with approved models and meets individual residents' needs. You will maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, and lead a productive and motivated team.
To excel in this role, you will require extensive experience in aged care management, including leadership, people management, business and financial planning, and problem-solving. You must also have a strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and proficiency in information management systems for reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure care delivery aligns with approved models and is tailored to individual residents' needs.
* Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Build and nurture relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, acting on feedback effectively.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a productive and motivated team.
* Develop, allocate, and monitor budgets in collaboration with corporate services.
* Manage rosters, income, and expenses within budgetary guidelines.
* Oversee change management and support transitions within your areas of responsibility.
* Actively participate in risk assessment, hazard management, and fire safety programs.
Requirements
* Qualification in Business, Leadership, or Clinical fields, with current AHPRA registration (if applicable).
* In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Proven leadership and people management experience with a focus on driving positive change.
* Experience in business and financial planning, including implementation and evaluation.
* Proficiency in information management systems for reporting and decision-making.
* Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
* National Criminal History Check and statutory declaration regarding criminal convictions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
* Satisfactory completion of Key Personnel Checks, including Bankruptcy and Police Clearance.
