Key Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing Strategy
• Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching and leadership to drive high performance
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents and industry partners
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Leadership and Team Management
• Manage the hotel's PR efforts, CSR strategy, digital and social media presence, ensuring effective online marketing and brand visibility
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to align sales and marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives
• Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
Personal Qualities
• Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
