Administration Officer – Casual
Join our team as an Administration Officer at Riverland General Hospital. You will provide confidential, customer‐focused administrative support to patients, visitors and staff with professionalism and care.
About the Role
The Administration team delivers essential high‐quality, confidential services to clients, staff and visitors. Responsibilities include general reception enquiries, booking appointments, and supporting various front‐desk and back‐office positions such as Theatre & Ward Clerk, Medical Records, Outpatients, Patient Revenue and Debt Management, Accounts Payable and Personal Assistant to the Director of Nursing/Midwifery.

We are seeking candidates with exceptional skills and abilities in:
* Communication – both written and verbal
* Teamwork – working with other administration staff, coders, doctors, specialists and nursing staff
* Initiative – ensuring timely completion of tasks and activities as directed
* Time management – optimising the efficiency of the administration department
* Problem solving – contributing to a spirit of team cooperation and respectful behaviour
* Computer skills – high level of competency with varying computer programs
