The Role
* Identify, target, and develop new client relationships.
* Lead and mentor a small Melbourne‐based team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Coach team members on best practices in sales, client engagement, and relationship management.
* Build and maintain strong business relationships while retaining key accounts.
* Manage existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
* Educate clients on our services, processes, and points of difference.
* Keep on top of industry trends and competitor activity.
* Proven experience in business development and account management.
* Previous leadership or mentoring experience (ideal).
* Strong relationship‐building and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and conflict‐resolution abilities.
* Valid driver's licence and ability to travel locally (essential).
