The Role
- Portfolio of 130 properties with NO LEASING, NO ROUTINES, NO TRUST ACCOUNTING
- Build rapport with landlords & tenants to ensure smooth running of the portfolio
- Conduct Entry & Exit inspections
- Maintenance management
The Candidate
- Previous Property Management experience - ideally 2+ years required
- Car and driver's license required
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
