Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to our Optometrist
* Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently
* Assist with contact lens teaching and dry eye treatments (training will be provided)
* General reception duties
* Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
* Ensure smooth operation of the clinic's daily activities
* Potential opportunity to manage and create content for the practice's social media accounts

Who You Are
* Solid organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience in eye care, with an interest in contact lens management and dry eye treatments
* Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer systemsMaintain a polished, professional demeanor and appearance at all times
* Ability to work well in a team workplace
* Customer service oriented with a friendly and patient approach
* Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation (desirable)
