You will be responsible for the overall clinical safety, quality, and compliance of a significant facility, supported by a dedicated team of Clinical Managers and RNs.Mandatory Requirements To be successful in this executive-level role, youmustmeet the following criteria:Clinical Leadership:Extensive experience inClinical Care Management(CCM) or as a Care Manager within the Aged Care sector.Large-Scale Experience:Proven track record managinglarge-scale aged care homes(high bed numbers and large staff cohorts).AHPRA Registration:Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration.Regional Relocation:You must be willing to relocate.
