Assist the Store Manager in all areas of store operations Drive sales & achieve KPIs through exceptional service and team coaching Manage rosters, budgets, and daily store performance Lead by example on the shop floor — motivating and developing your team Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed flawlessly Handle stock management, loss prevention, and store administration Step up as Acting Store Manager when required What do you need?
