* Monday–Thursday | 8:00am–4:00pm
* Competitive pay: $29.19–$30.23/hr + Super + Salary Packaging

Your Impact
* Maintain lawns, gardens, and common areas to keep them safe and tidy
* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and external cleaning
* Identify and report risks, ensuring compliance with safety standards
* Manage contractors and assist with minor building projects
* Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Your work helps create a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
About You
* Experience in groundskeeping, gardening, and general maintenance
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to follow safety procedures and maintenance schedules
* A proactive team player with a customer service focus
* Must have: Valid Police Check & QLD Driver's Licence
* Aged care experience desirable
