The Role:
* Circa 90 properties in the portfolio
* Entries, exits, routines
* Arranging maintenance, issuing work orders
* Managing rent arrears
* Lease renewals
* Insurance claims
* Owner/tenant liaison
* Leasing and application processing
The Candidate:
* Previous Real Estate experience required
* A valid driver's license required
* Current Certificate IV in Property Services
