About InvestorKit

InvestorKit is a premier buyers agency in Australia, renowned for its data-driven approach and high-performance culture. We specialise in helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic property investments backed by comprehensive market analysis and insights. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations by leveraging cutting-edge technology and industry expertise.

About the Role

As a Portfolio Strategist at InvestorKit, your role is to guide clients in building high-performing property portfolios through strategic planning and expert support. You are responsible for conducting comprehensive portfolio mapping sessions, crafting buyer briefs in collaboration with brokers and acquisitions, and offering tailored advice that aligns with clients' long-term financial goals.

Your performance directly impacts our clients' outcomes and repeat business, making you a critical link in the InvestorKit service experience. You manage the journey from strategic planning through to the signed and paid agreement milestone, ensuring clients feel educated, supported, and confident in their decisions.

The Portfolio Strategist plays a dual role—part educator, part strategist—delivering clarity to complex property journeys while identifying when clients are ready to re-engage or scale.

Location: Remote (Australia-based)

Salary: $110,000 (Base) + Super + Commissions

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities outlined below represent the core expectations of your role. These may evolve over time as the needs of the business grow and change, and we expect you to adapt in step with those shifts. As a team member at InvestorKit, you're also expected to actively uphold our values, contribute to our mission, and make decisions that support our vision of becoming Australia's leading buyers agency.

* Conduct high-quality portfolio mapping sessions tailored to each client's goals and investment profile.
* Collaborate with brokers and acquisitions teams to generate accurate, actionable buyer briefs.
* Maintain detailed and up-to-date CRM records, including tasks, notes, and stage tracking.
* Provide timely and ongoing strategic guidance to existing clients to support repeat purchases.
* Identify upsell opportunities and transitions from strategy-only to full service, or commercial.
* Deliver professional communication across all stages of the client journey.
* Support clients through property rejections and nurture confidence in new opportunities.
* Ensure all key milestones are completed in alignment with InvestorKit's service standards.
* Lead monthly client review sessions and maintain engagement throughout the lifecycle.
* Actively participate in team training, power sessions, and strategy forums.

Client-Centric Flexibility

At InvestorKit, our clients come first many of whom are busy professionals with limited availability during standard business hours. As a Portfolio Strategist, you'll be expected to accommodate this by being available for scheduled calls or communications on weekends or after hours as part of your regular workflow. We structure team schedules to ensure coverage and flexibility, while also supporting work-life balance across the team.
