You will have the support and work closely with our Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for undertaking site/plant maintenance at our Campbellfield site, whilst being a hands-on leader to the team!A normal day in the role of the Maintenance Team Leader includes:Supervising the daily maintenance operations and the maintenance teamManaging the teams hours, ensuring appropriate coverage of staff for the hours of operation of the production facilityHelping develop and maintain preventative maintenance, identify, solve and remedy breakdown issuesEnsuring plant equipment operates with agreed tolerances of equipment breakdown levelsEnsuring any new equipment changes comply to all OH&S and Quality requirementsIdentifying any equipment that is non conformant and bring to the attention of the Maintenance ManagerProactively organising resources to ensure continuing productionPromoting a culture that shows strong attention to detail in documentation, GMP and OH&S practicesWorking closely with the operations team to communicate and provide maintenance recordsContributing to project work as directed and agreedEnsuring equipment does not actively contribute to the production of inferior product qualitySound like something that you would love to be a part of?
