A.K & Associates Taxation and Business Services is a reputable accounting firm offering expert taxation, accounting, and business services to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a
motivated and experienced Bookkeeper
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
Accounts payable and receivable management
Payroll processing
Bank reconciliations
Processing Superannuation, IAS, and BAS lodgements
Supervise and train junior staff members
Work closely with and report to the Senior Accountant
Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Ability to complete BAS and IAS lodgements independently
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
High level of attention to detail
