About This Opportunity
12‐month fixed‐term leadership opportunity in a values‐driven organisation. Lead a newly established mental health & wellbeing team supporting bushfire‐affected communities.
Salary: $60.27 – 62.79 phr (SCHADS Level 7B) + leave loading + super + salary packaging.
Responsibilities
As Team Leader you will provide operational leadership and clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary team, ensure delivery of evidence‐based mental health and wellbeing support, champion a "no wrong door" approach, support participants to connect with health, social care and community services, facilitate collaborative care planning, risk assessment and safety planning, build strong partnerships across the service system and drive continuous service improvement.
You will need:
* Bachelor of Allied Health, Nursing, or Psychology Registration or other relevant tertiary Mental Health qualification
* Current AHPRA registration (mandatory) and leadership experience in a community mental health setting
* Demonstrated time‐management abilities, excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, proactive approach and ability to work with competing needs and deadlines while balancing priorities with efficiency and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Willingness to travel and work within the community as required by the role
You will also need:
* Current valid Driver's License and the ability to undertake travel for the role
* Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
* Right to work within Australia, and an International Police Check (if required)
* Satisfactory National Police Records Check (valid within the last 12 months)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
