The Role:
* Supervising and Training Staff
* Making Decisions During Shifts on Staffing Matters and Rostering Needs
* Driving Company Programs and Policies to Better Engage and Support Co-Workers and Direct Reports
This position requires working every weekend with two days off during the week and public holidays due to the nature of our industry. Ideal candidates will have experience from the retailing, hospitality or fast food industries with previous staff management/leadership roles.
You will possess excellent communication skills, strong conflict resolution experience and a proven ability to delegate effectively. Proven experience in managing competing tasks while being a natural leader who can think on their feet is essential for success.
