The Housekeeping Services Room Attendant, reporting to the Housekeeping Services Supervisor, will contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality service with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. 
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling recent era for our housekeeping team. 
A few of your responsibilities 
Deliver timely, effective, and efficient customer service that meets both guest needs and corporate standards 
Address customer queries and complaints with tact, escalating issues and providing regular feedback to the Supervisor 
Clean and service rooms, apartments, corridors, balconies, and pantries to The Star standards; update room status via phone 
Handle guest belongings with care while working in rooms 
Report all lost and found items to Security 
What we are looking for 
Experience in a housekeeping function 
Ability to work in a team environment

You are a dedicated and customer-focused Room Attendant who takes pride in delivering high-quality service with efficiency and care. 
With a strong attention to detail, you maintain cleanliness across rooms and shared spaces to meet The Star's standards, while treating guest belongings with respect.
