Pay Range
A$180,000.00 / yr - A$200,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
* Deliver practical, high-impact legal advice to business clients, serving as a trusted partner.
* Handle complex commercial contracts, major procurement projects, and strategic client relationships.
* Mentor junior lawyers, manage high-value projects, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
* Work in a flexible hybrid model based in Melbourne; remote arrangement considered for an exceptional candidate.
Qualifications
* Post-admission experience in commercial or corporate law.
* Current unrestricted practising certificate or eligibility.
* Strong grounding in contract law and comfort working with large, detailed agreements.
* Experience advising corporate clients and managing competing priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to varied audiences.
* Highly regarded: experience in private practice and in-house environments; familiarity with industrial, engineering, or infrastructure sectors; understanding of long-term partnership-based client relationships.
