As National Account Manager, you'll be the face of our Juice, Cordial, and Syrups portfolio with Woolworths. A high-profile, nationally significant account. This is a relationship-first role where your ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and deliver results will directly shape the growth of some of Australia's most loved brands.
Responsibilities
* Owning the Woolworths relationship – be the primary contact, building deep, trusted partnerships that deliver mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
* Negotiating outcomes – lead joint business planning, range reviews, and promotional negotiations.
* Championing innovation – bring new products to market and collaborate with buyers to unlock category growth opportunities.
* Cross-functional collaboration – work closely with internal teams across marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver on account commitments.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in national account management within FMCG, ideally with major grocery retailers.
* Strong commercial acumen – you understand trading terms, P&L, and how to negotiate to unlock joint value.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills – you build genuine, long-term partnerships.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for growing iconic Australian brands.
