Job Description Play an integral role to maintaining and improving efficiency of the ALDI National IT Department as a Personal Assistant. This is a rewarding role with a high degree of autonomy and opportunity to support multiple stakeholders. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity, based in Minchinbury. We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to provide seamless support for the Directors of Finance (Project Management Office (PMO) and IT while contributing to our vibrant environment. What does the role look like? Provide exceptional administrative and project support to the senior leadership team. Efficiently manage the exchange of correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays harmoniously connected. Manage the Directors' diaries, schedule meetings and prepare agendas. Maintain an overview of the Directors’ portfolio of work, provide input for process improvement. Support in the preparation, interpretation, analysis and presentation of reports for the PMO process and various IT department-related documentation. Collaborate with the PA team, wider internal stakeholders to align the departments goals with the company's overall objectives. And the best part?
