**About the Role**
Provide one on one, in-home active overnight support from **11pm to 7am** to a person with disability living in **Greystanes.**
Joining our **Lifestyles** team, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes, with travel between clients and working short, split shifts required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assistance with daily living (including personal care)
- Domestic assistance (support with household chores)
- Maintain and monitor person-centred plans
- Documenting and progress note keeping
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience supporting people with disability in a **home care** setting
- Catheter and bowel care experience
- Manual handling and hoist experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confidence and experience in providing personal care
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Willing to complete basic household chores
- Passionate about delivering Person-Centred care
