The production technician is responsible for participating in daily operations in the factory, such as assembling product components, operating and maintaining assembly equipment, and general factory upgrades and maintenance.

Responsibilities
Assemble components with attention to detail.
Operate and maintain assembly equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and contribute to a positive work culture.
Embrace a fast-paced environment and bring energy and enthusiasm to every task.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment with emphasis on Workplace safety.
Promote a culture of safety awareness, ability to identify potential safety hazards and proactively contribute to the improvement of safety practices.
Undertake additional responsibilities within your skill set and capabilities as required.
Qualifications and Licences
No prior experience necessary – we are looking for individuals with a passion for learning and a can-do attitude.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Adaptable and excited about contributing ideas in a collaborative setting.
Enthusiastic about working in a vibrant and energetic work environment.
A forklift licence and other tickets such as EWP, First Aid etc are desirable but not required.
Training programs to develop your skills and expertise, including but not limited to obtaining a forklift licence.
