* Confidently schedule work from the service counter to the workshop while providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a similar capacity, with a strong focus on building relationships.
* Mechanical aptitude to understand customer needs and service requirements, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team, with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
