The Opportunity:
We have a versatile, exciting, and rewarding opportunity at our practice available for dental assistant/receptionist seeking a permanent opportunity, either on a Full or Part time basis, offering;
* Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients
* Patient preparation and facilities management for dental treatment
* Quality chairside assistance to dentists
* Treatment coordination
* Instrument sterilisation and infection control standards and procedures
* Patient greeting, appointment management and patient records updates
* Patient awareness of dental services and offers
* Patient payment handling and access to sensitive information with confidentiality maintained
* High-end patient care; building and maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly and warm manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You'll hold:
* Ideally 6 months experience working within the dental industry and familiarity with billing codes
* Motivated self-starter, fast-paced and dynamic role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient-centric approach and ability to build rapport with patients
