Occupational Therapist- Mental Health
We are currently seeking a Mental Health OT to join our team on a full-time basis (4 days also considered).
This role offers you supported entry into private practice, allowing you to learn the ropes, and enjoy working in this area as much as we do.

About the Role:
As a fully registered Occupational Therapist with experience in mental health you will have the opportunity to work alongside our team to serve our clients. Responsibilities include:
* Deliver personalised occupational therapy services to adult clients, putting their needs and preferences at the centre of every intervention
* Partner effectively with support coordinators, care teams, and key stakeholders to ensure coordinated, holistic care
* Design and implement therapeutic interventions that build client independence, advance meaningful goals, and create lasting positive change
* Produce thorough, high-standard documentation and comprehensive functional assessments that support client outcomes
* Actively participate in fostering our collaborative, development-focussed team environment

Requirements:
Essential:
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Demonstrated mental health OT experience
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
* Ability to work independently and within a team
Highly Desirable:
* NDIS system experience
* Private practice background
* Better Access to Mental Health endorsement (or eligibility to apply)
