Assistant Store Manager Role Summary
Job Description:
Oversee and supervise daily store operations, providing support and guidance to your team members. This role involves working closely with the Store Managers to achieve success and delivering outstanding customer service.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing store operations, coaching and developing team members, and maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step. You should also have previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
A strong understanding of mechanical/automotive parts knowledge is also desirable, as well as flexibility in terms of availability and holding a valid driver's license.
