About the Role
As our ECT, you will:
Deliver play-based learning that sparks curiosity, joy, and discovery
Create warm, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, safe, and valued
Build trusting partnerships with families and mentor fellow educators
Celebrate each child's milestones and unique learning journey
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Current Teacher Registration/Blue Card
Strong knowledge of QKLG, EYLF & NQS
