**WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?**
This is a unique opportunity to join our Medical Leadership Team at the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Network As the Paediatric Consultant, you will be part of the Medical Leadership Team, working with dedicated health care staff in the pursuit of providing exceptional paediatric services within our community. In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring that all accreditation standards are met to allow the Gawler Hospital to provide advanced and general basic training to both Paediatric and GP trainees. In addition, you will provide mentoring, teaching and clinical development of other Medical Officers and support the development of the multi-disciplinary team across the paediatric service. Your role will be pivotal in the ongoing design and development of best practice standards in paediatric care, and whilst doing so you will ensure that the department continues to strive for excellence in care, first time, very time.
