Job Title: Regional Manager
About the Role
The Regional Manager position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality services to participants with various disabilities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day service delivery, providing clinical guidance and training to staff members, and developing management plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies. You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, schools, community centers, and/or offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality services to participants.
* Manage day-to-day service delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
* Develop and implement clinical guidelines and best practices.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or ability to become registered).
* Clinical experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in the NDIS or similar settings.
* Management experience in a clinical or NDIS setting.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
* Knowledge of NDIS regulations and guidelines.
* Familiarity with quality assurance processes and reporting requirements.
