Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Professional to play a key role in implementing audit and accreditation processes. This individual will partner with Business Managers to maintain compliance and accreditation standards, ensuring continuity of service.
* Ensure quality, audit, and accreditation activities are planned collaboratively and communicated effectively.
* Champion the implementation of new quality and accreditation systems, positively influencing their effective utilisation.
* Manage organisational and individual risk by identifying current and emerging issues or trends.
* Support employees in operating systems correctly, adhering to practices such as incident reporting and setting actions to address identified gaps and risks.
* Manage reports for the General Manager, representing progress on projects and strategic focuses.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have:
* A working knowledge of NDISC standards and accreditation process or willingness to learn.
* Tertiary qualification in quality management, risk management, or auditing.
* Relevant field experience, preferably 5+ years in quality assurance.
* Detailed understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, NDIS Practice Standards, and Quality Indicators.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
