About the role
We seek casual aged and disability support workers with a driver's license and access to a vehicle. Shifts are available Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm, with weekend opportunities.
You will assist with tasks such as:
* Transport
* Shopping
* Personal care
* Companionship
* Meal preparation
* Social and community access
Qualifications
About you
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability
* Current Driver's license and insured vehicle
* Current First Aid and CPR certifications
* Australian Federal Police Check
* NSW Working with Children Check
* Willingness to travel between Carlingford, Lidcombe, Auburn, Strathfield, Burwood, Homebush, Concord, and surrounding suburbs
The starting hourly rate is from $39 plus shift loadings and superannuation.
We provide ongoing support and supervision through our dedicated Care Coordination Team, which includes trained nurses.
