About the Role
We are supporting a major project delivery program requiring the engagement of multiple professionals across ten distinct roles. These positions will contribute to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a complex, multi-stream initiative. Each role plays a critical part in ensuring project milestones, governance, and outcomes are achieved.
Position: Multiple ICT Roles
Location: ACT preferred, but would consider people in other states of Australia
Working Arrangement: On-site Canberra ACT (some flexibility case-by-case)
Start Date: ASAP or 1st July at the latest
Duration: 12 months + 2 x 12-month extensions

Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and delivery activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting
* Identify risks, issues, and implement mitigation strategies
* Support governance, compliance, and audit requirements
* Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making
* Ensure alignment with organisational frameworks and standards
* Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Support change management and implementation activities
Project Manager – $950–$1,200/day + super
* Lead full lifecycle ICT project delivery across complex programs
* Manage scope, budget, risks, governance, and vendor coordination
* Engage senior stakeholders and drive reporting and steering forums
* Apply Agile/Hybrid methodologies with strong delivery discipline
Cloud Solutions Architect – $1,000–$1,200/day + super
* Design scalable, secure Azure architectures (HLD/DLD)
* Translate business needs into cloud-native solutions
* Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code practices
* Ensure alignment with security frameworks (ISM, Essential Eight)
Exchange System Administrator – $850–$1,100/day + super
* Administer hybrid Exchange environments (on-prem and M365)
* Deliver migration, optimisation, and mailbox transformation
* Troubleshoot complex messaging and connectivity issues
* Manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, and collaboration services
Business Analyst – $850–$1,100/day + super
* Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and process maps
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
* Support Agile delivery and backlog management (e.g. Azure DevOps)
* Translate business problems into actionable technical outcomes
Automation Tester – $800–$1,050/day + super
* Develop and execute automated test frameworks and scripts
* Perform functional, regression, and system testing
* Manage defects, test artefacts, and quality assurance processes
* Support UAT and ensure accessibility and compliance standards
.NET Software Engineer – $900–$1,150/day + super
* Develop secure APIs and applications using .NET technologies
* Build and integrate Azure-based solutions and services
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Apply testing frameworks and secure coding standards
CRM Developer – $900–$1,150/day + super
* Configure and extend Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
* Build integrations, workflows, and automation processes
* Manage data migration, security roles, and system performance
* Support DevOps, release management, and platform governance
Software Engineer (Full Stack) – $950–$1,200/day + super
* Develop end-to-end solutions using .NET and React
* Design APIs and integrate enterprise and cloud systems
* Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
* Apply cloud-native and secure development practices
Senior Storage Infrastructure Engineer – $900–$1,150/day + super
* Design and manage enterprise storage and SAN platforms
* Optimise performance, capacity, and backup/recovery solutions
* Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure high availability
* Contribute to architecture uplift and platform improvements
Front End Developer / UI Designer – $800–$1,050/day + super
* Design and build responsive, user-focused interfaces
* Collaborate on UX improvements and accessibility standards
* Develop front-end components using modern frameworks
* Work closely with stakeholders and developers in Agile teams
About You
* Demonstrated experience (5+ years) managing complex ICT projects within the Australian Federal Government
* Must be able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
* Must have valid working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or long-term visa holders only; no sponsorship available)
