About the Role
* Oversee property maintenance and coordinate trades
* Manage an end‐to‐end portfolio with strong internal support
* Liaise with property owners regarding maintenance, improvements, occupancy and revenue opportunities
* Work collaboratively with internal teams across accounts, operations and property care
* Manage guest stays, check‐ins, enquiries and general holiday management
* Support or contribute to business development activities if experienced
About You
* Open to change and adaptable
* Confident dealing with conflict or challenging situations
* Able to balance the needs of owners, guests and the business
* Warm, professional and capable of building strong relationships
* Positive, reliable and aligned with a supportive team culture
Experience in holiday letting or traditional property management is highly regarded. Experience in hospitality or BDM roles is also valuable.
