Job Overview
This position supports a variety of administrative tasks for the Operations Regional Directorate.
The role assists with meetings, processes motor vehicle run sheets, reconciles PCard expenditure, issues and archives accountable books, makes travel bookings, and assists with the use of computer applications and reporting.
* Administrative support to Manager, Team Coordinators, Inspectors and project teams.
* Coordination of events, information sessions, and workshops.
* Development of internal and external communications.
* Record keeping in accordance with current policies and procedures.
* Maintenance and ordering of office equipment and supplies.
Requirements
* Experience providing administrative support services with competing priorities.
* Ability to work independently without direction and as part of a team.
* Understanding of routine financial processes.
* Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
* High level of skills across Microsoft applications.
Preferred Requirements
* Travel to field days and other events may be expected.
