Physiotherapist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our community aged care team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health, mobility, and wellbeing of older people.
Job Description:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy assessments and treatments tailored to each client's goals.
* Coach and train staff on clinical best practices, participate in clinical competency frameworks, and offer ongoing advice to enhance the quality of services delivered.
* Develop holistic, evidence-based care plans for clients with complex needs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for client autonomy and quality of life.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
* Valid First Aid certificate (with annual CPR) and current driver's licence with a willingness to travel.
* Strong knowledge of person-centred care and contemporary aged care clinical practices.
