Site Manager – Commercial Newbuild & Heavy Refurbishment

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all on-site activity from start to finish
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensure safety, quality and programme compliance
* Run site inductions, toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
* Monitor progress and manage site documentation (Procore)
* Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders
* Identify and escalate risks to programme or budget
* Lead and motivate site teams to perform at their best
About You
* 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager (commercial / industrial)
* End-to-end delivery of complex projects
* Strong WHS and construction methodology knowledge
* Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Procore or similar site management software experience
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
